I’ve always loved making things by hand—embroidering, felting wool, creating paper art through quilling, and modeling with plasticine or salt dough. I found special joy in sculpting tiny worlds out of polymer clay: miniature food, delicate dishes, tiny creatures and flowers.

Exploring Ceramics
Yet working with clay has always felt the most natural to me. In Mrs. Terry Thompson’s class, I finally had the chance to create with ceramic materials and explore different aspects of ceramics—experimenting with form, surface, and process.
Ideas That Inspire Me
I often find inspiration on Pinterest, where there are so many amazing ideas that I can’t wait to try myself.

I hope you enjoyed exploring my work.
